Tiny Village exists to break cycles of poverty and give marginalized youth the foundation they deserve—safe housing, nutritious food, practical education, and the chance to thrive. We aim to create self-sustaining communities across Canada where young people can learn life skills, gain work experience, and build a future on their own terms.

Our
Story
Jamie Huson - Founder
I’m not a celebrity or a millionaire, just someone who’s lived through the struggles I want to help others escape.
A childhood injury left me living below the poverty line most of my life, raising my son in inner-city conditions without the opportunities he deserved.

The idea for Tiny Village came when I moved to Errington, BC, and saw underused agricultural land. I imagined revitalizing those properties to house and train youth facing the same challenges I did, helping them break free from the cycles that hold them back.

I have training in Human Sciences and business, and decades of self-taught skills in resilience and sustainability. This project is my life’s work. Please join me in bring our vision for Tiny Village to life to provide education, housing, skills and real hope for udnerpriveleged youth to stop the cycle of poverty.
